Had some connection drops during my trip. Speed was okay when connected but reliability needs improvement. Support was helpful in resolving issues though.
My parents are not tech-savvy at all. I set up their eSIMs remotely before their Vietnam trip using the QR codes. They had zero issues. If my 65-year-old parents can use it, anyone can.
Worked great in all major cities. Speed test showed 55 Mbps average which is more than enough. Slightly weaker signal in my hotel elevator (but that's not really their fault). Would buy again without hesitation.
Product is good but the website could use some work. Took me a while to figure out which plan was right for my trip length. Once purchased, delivery was instant and the eSIM speed was genuinely fast. Just needs better UX.
Very impressed with the speed ÔÇö this is clearly a direct local connection, not routed through another country. Worked perfectly for my needs. Minor suggestion: a dedicated app for checking data usage would be nice.
I've tried 3 different eSIM providers for Vietnam and this one is by far the best. Why? Because it's an actual local SIM, not a roaming eSIM that bounces through Singapore or Hong Kong. Direct connection = real speed.
It works and the price is right, but I had to restart my phone twice to get it activated initially. Once running, the speed was good ÔÇö clearly a local connection. Knocking off stars for the rocky start.
Setup was straightforward and delivery was instant. The 4G speed was impressive in Hanoi and HCMC. Slightly slower in smaller towns but still very usable for maps and messaging. Good value for money.
Used it for a 1-week business trip. Speed and coverage were excellent. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I couldn't easily check my remaining data balance from within my phone settings.
