If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
IMPORTANT: You can request a refund only if the eSIM has not been installed or activated.
  • You have 14 calendar days from the purchase date to return an eSIM.
  • There is a $5.00 fee for each eSIM returned.
  • This fee does not apply if it’s our fault (e.g. unsupported country).

To cancel your order and request a refund, please contact us at esimdatatravel@gmail.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for the refund

Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method (e.g. PayPal). The process may take up to 10 business days.

Refund Eligibility
  • Eligible: Order canceled before QR code is sent via email.
  • Not eligible: QR code has been sent or scanned.

Note: Due to the nature of digital goods, buyer’s remorse refunds are not supported after QR code delivery.

Service-Related Issues

If you experience issues with our service:

  • You must submit the issue to our Support Team.
  • We will verify if the issue is our responsibility.
  • If applicable, we will initiate your refund or exchange.

Important: Refunds will not be granted if you return to your home country without prior issue confirmation.
